Shipping
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Latvia.
Processing time:
Ready-to-ship items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days.
Made-to-order items may take longer, depending on the product and current workload.
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and shipping service.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. WindLinen is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, customs processing or postal service delays.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. The item must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and checked. Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless required by law or if the return is due to our mistake.
Custom Orders and Personalized Items
Custom-made, made-to-measure or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrectly made.

Linen garments are designed for a comfortable and relaxed fit. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
Care Instructions
Wash gently at up to 30°C.
Do not bleach.
Air drying is recommended.
Iron on medium heat while slightly damp if needed.
Natural linen may soften with every wash and may have slight texture variations. This is part of the natural character of linen fabric.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped or before production has started for made-to-order items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
